These terms govern use of the Lusy Problem Discord application for automated support ticket collection and management.

Acceptance of These Terms

By installing, configuring, accessing, or using Lusy Problem, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the app on behalf of a Discord server, you confirm that you have permission to manage apps, bots, or support workflows for that server.

App Purpose

Lusy Problem is a Discord application that helps servers automatically receive, organize, and manage support tickets submitted by users. The app may create channels, threads, messages, logs, or other ticket workflow records based on server configuration and user interactions.

User Responsibilities

Users and server administrators are responsible for using the app in a safe, lawful, and respectful way. You agree not to use the app to:

  • Submit unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, or misleading content.
  • Upload malware, phishing content, credential requests, or spam.
  • Attempt to bypass permissions, rate limits, security controls, or Discord platform rules.
  • Submit passwords, payment information, government IDs, private keys, or other sensitive personal information in tickets.

Server Administrator Responsibilities

Server administrators are responsible for configuring app permissions, choosing which staff can view tickets, setting internal ticket handling rules, and informing users how support tickets are handled in their server. Administrators should grant the app only the permissions needed for the intended workflow.

Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the app reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may be updated, limited, suspended, or removed to improve reliability, respond to abuse, comply with Discord platform requirements, or protect the app and its users.

Ticket Content

Users keep responsibility for the content they submit in support tickets. By submitting ticket content, you allow the app to process that content as needed to create, organize, display, and manage the ticket workflow for the relevant Discord server.

Privacy

Use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what limited ticket information is processed and how it is used. The app is not designed to sell user data, show ads, or track users across unrelated services.

Suspension or Removal

We may restrict, suspend, or remove access to the app if it is used in a way that violates these terms, Discord policies, applicable law, or reasonable security standards. Server administrators may remove the app from their server at any time through Discord's app management tools.

Disclaimer

The app is provided as a support workflow tool. It is not an emergency service, legal service, financial service, medical service, or identity verification service. The app is provided without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app, including data loss, service interruption, or server configuration issues.

Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service when the app, operational practices, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised terms.
