Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the Lusy Problem Discord application handles information needed to receive, organize, and respond to user support tickets.
Information We Process
Lusy Problem processes limited information that is necessary to operate support ticket workflows in Discord servers where the app is installed. This may include:
- Discord account identifiers such as user ID, username, display name, and avatar when needed to show who opened or replied to a ticket.
- Server, channel, thread, message, interaction, and timestamp information related to ticket creation and ticket activity.
- Ticket content that users choose to submit, including messages, form responses, and attachments provided through the ticket process.
- Basic operational logs such as command usage, error events, and moderation or configuration actions needed for reliability and abuse prevention.
Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as passwords, payment card numbers, private keys, government identification numbers, medical records, or biometric data. The app is not designed for advertising, user tracking across unrelated services, or selling user information.
How We Use Information
Information processed by the app is used only for support and safety purposes, including:
- Creating, organizing, assigning, updating, and closing support tickets.
- Displaying ticket context to authorized server staff or app operators.
- Maintaining app reliability, debugging issues, and preventing abuse or spam.
- Complying with Discord platform rules, server rules, and reasonable security requirements.
Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell user information. Ticket information may be visible to authorized server staff, app operators, and service providers that help host or operate the app. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect users or the service, or to respond to valid security and abuse reports.
Data Retention
Ticket information is retained only for as long as needed to provide support, maintain service records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or meet operational requirements. Server administrators may request deletion of ticket records where technically and legally feasible. Some backup or log copies may remain for a limited period before routine deletion.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect ticket information, including access controls, limited staff access, and operational monitoring. No online service can guarantee perfect security, but the app is designed to minimize unnecessary data collection and reduce exposure of ticket information.
User Choices and Requests
Users may ask the relevant Discord server staff or app operator for help with ticket access, correction, or deletion requests. Requests will be reviewed based on technical feasibility, server requirements, and applicable obligations.
Children's Privacy
The app is intended for Discord users who are allowed to use Discord under Discord's own rules and local requirements. The app does not knowingly request sensitive information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, legal requirements, or operational practices change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
